Anne Wagner, PhD, CPsych, is a Clinical Psychologist and researcher based in Toronto, Ontario. She is a CIHR postdoctoral fellow at Ryerson University. Her work focuses on the treatment and prevention of posttraumatic stress disorder, with a particular interest in communities affected by HIV, the needs of women and interpersonal relationships.
Rahim Thawer is a registered social worker who has worked as a mental health counsellor in HIV, LGBTQ, and ethnospecific communities. Rahim has specific knowledge around trauma, addictions, and mental health, with an extensive background in the psychosocial context of HIV. He's worked at the Alliance for South Asian AIDS Prevention as an Outreach Coordinator, at the Black Coalition for AIDS Prevention as a Resource Development Assistant, at the AIDS Committee of Toronto as a TowelTalk Bathhouse Counsellor and as a Tester/Counsellor at Hassle Free Clinic. Rahim currently works on a Newcomer Health Team, while also working in private practice and teaching part-time at the college level.
